This June, in partnership with Buy West Eat Best, Springs Tavern will be ‘Plating Up WA’.

Western Australia is home to ingredients in a world of their own. To celebrate our incredible produce, the venue will be plating up WA-inspired dishes throughout June 2025.

Mount Barker House-Smoked Chicken Pasta

The delicious fettuccini pasta is hand-made in-house by head Chef Lucina Tate. With broccolini, sundried tomatoes, onion and baby spinach. Served in a creamy pesto Finished with parmesan cheese.
